Yes. Once your order is ready we will send a pick-up email to the address you registered with.
Our online inventory is managed manually during business hours. Orders made after hours are kept in a queue until they can be filled the next day. Due to product availability and because we fill orders on a "first come-first served" basis, certain products may run out before your order is filled. This is also true during heavy traffic times in the dispensary throughout the day. Our service reps will try to replace the product with a suitable alternative or discuss options with you at pick up.
Limited Release strains are small-batch strains that we have limited amounts of. These may include new strains that we’re perfecting or strains we expect to sell out quickly due to their medicinal properties.
Hold orders are kept for one day after being placed online, by phone, or in-store.
